New Month in Network Marketing Means New Goals and Strategy Sessions

I didn’t always love new months. I actually dreaded them because it meant hour long therapy sessions with my leaders. Month after month after month, listening to complaints, struggles and discouragement.

I would leave the calls feeling drained, wore out, and zapped. Forget about working my business. I didn’t have any energy left. Until, I gave my monthly calls an overhaul.

If you dread these calls, let me help!

First, put a time limit on them. 15 minutes MAX. Think “down & dirty and “in & out.” Stay focused and make it clear that you have 15 minutes so encourage your leaders to make the most of the time.

TIP - book these sessions back to back to help you stay on track.

Second, follow the outline. Know what you’re going to cover and stick to it. If a leader still wants to complain, give them one minute to get it out of their system and then shift right into solutions.

Third, ask your leaders what they are comfortable committing to for the week and ask them how you can best help them stay accountable. Some people will want to text you daily, others will simply want to check in at the end of the week. The way they stay accountable doesn’t matter, as long as they are doing it.
